Services Term
- Deposit of $300 is not refundable towards cancellation of the booking but alteration can take place if a further date is available.
- Full payment 1280NZD (Monday- Thursday)/1480 (Friday-Sunday)(excluding the deposit) is required prior to the event, and a $300 deposit automatically transfers to the bond.
- After 3 working days, the bond will be refunded after confirming everything is in good condition. If there is equipment misused or extended hour the charge will be deducted from the bond and refund you the remaining.
- The event will take place from 6 pm to 9 pm, with decorations beginning from 5 pm.
- Please take all belongings with you after the event. Neverland Playground will take no responsibility for anything left on site.
- Socks are compulsory and must be worn at all times in the playground area for both adults and children; Please either purchase socks at the front desk or bring your own.
- Playground rules must be followed at all times on site. Our staff has the authority to ask someone out if they are not following our playground rules.
