Service Agreement
- If you wish to cancel your reservation, the deposit of $50 will not be refunded but alteration can take place if a further date is available on your preference.
- Children under the age of one year are free; children beyond the age of one are charged $39 per additional child.
- You can bring your own food to your party room but outside food is NOT permitted into our cafe including cake.
- 4. The party rooms are reserved for oneand a halfhours; however, a pre - 30 minutes will be permitted in the room for any additional decorations.
- Party room decorations are set; any preferred themes on your behalf would need to be accomplished by yourself; an additional charge may occur if we find damages or cakes on the floor.
- 6. Please take all belongings with you after the party has ended and any property borrowed from the front desk must be returned.
- 7. Socks are compulsory and must be worn at all times in the playground area for both adult and children; Please either purchase socks at the front desk or bring your own.
- 8. Playground rules must be followed all times on site. Our staff has the authority to ask someone out if they are not following our playground rules.
